Shakti stranding/armouring/laying machines are designed with heavy carriage construction to bear full strand torque of copper and steel wire stranding in armouring. Under rollers are provided with double ball bearing with each carriage, main hollow shaft supported with self aligned, spherical roller bearing on both ends, fine locking and tension device provide on cradle pintle. All guide rollers are made with carbon steel where wire runs stranding laying operations.
